How we ship
As soon as your gear is ready, we send it out. If your order has multiple items, we won’t make you wait until everything is ready.
No extra cost for multiple boxes: Sometimes your order will arrive in more than one package (from different warehouses), but you’ll never pay more for shipping.
Faster delivery for you: This way, you get what’s ready right away instead of waiting around for one backordered piece.
Think of it as “ship as we go” so you can get back to doing what you do best.
When orders ship
In-stock items: Ship the next business day in most cases.
Backorders: Usually take 1–2 weeks. If it’s looking longer, we’ll let you know by email as soon as possible.
Supplier shipments: Sometimes items ship straight from our suppliers. That’s just one more way to get your gear to you quicker.
No guessing games — if there’s ever a delay, we’ll keep you in the loop.
What does “Awaiting Fulfillment” mean?
This is just our way of saying: “We’ve got your order in hand, and we’re actively working on getting it out the door.”
It doesn’t mean your order is stuck or forgotten. It means we’re on it.
